This summer Maryland Deckworks Inc. was privileged to work with an amazing couple in Baltimore that wanted a multi-level deck as an extended living area without removing a beloved tree that has giving them shade for more than two decades.

Maryland Deckworks, Inc. created a multi-level wood deck that tied into an existing deck that allowed ingress and egress for the family and their favorite companion, the family dog Snooky.

Snooky was at a pet store while a local animal rescue organization was onsite with numerous strays that were in need of finding a good home. He was adopted onsite by these animal loving clients with no regrets. You’ll see in the pictures posted that “Snooky” (notice his eyes) was on point making sure the job was done to his parents liking.

While working around the root system of the existing tree to preserve the tree’s health, many changes were made to the deck project to accommodate the owner’s wants and needs.
